Acro classes focus on improving the strength and flexibility to further develop the girls to master some of the more complex movements within calisthenics. Classes will be following the Syllabus designed by Acrobatics Arts. Michele Pink is a certified Acrobatics Arts instructors.
The following equipment will be required by each pupil for this class.
A Yoga Mat (either 4mm or 6mm)
2 Yoga Blocks
