Following the State Titles in September pupils are encourage to participate in the pupil skills exams. Pupil Skills are an examination system set by the Australian Calisthenics Federation (ACF). Students are required to learn set routines using correct technique and knowledge of the terminology used within the calisthenics syllabus. We highly encourage all our pupils to do their pupil skills as the aim is to improve their overal calisthenics technique. They are also a pre-requiste to be eligible to compete in the the Calisthenics Solo and Duo Competitions, enrol in the cadet-training course and to enrol as a Level 1 coach.
Recommended Ages For Exams
The following details the MINIMUM age that a student must be before they are permitted to attempt an exam. There are also required levels that need to be obtained before participating in a solo or duo, which are detailed below.

Note: An 80% pass rate is required for Aesthetic and Dance in the Grade 3 exam for all entrants in the 16 years Graceful / Solo and Grade 4 exam for all entrants in the 17 and over Graceful Solo.
